Ben, I have most of the items you are needing. I use a couple of surveyors tripods retrofitted with pipe flange that I can attach several lengths of pipe to. I also have a couple of Cisco Bridges that can output at 100mW, and run from batteries so power will not be an issue. cable is not a problem, I use 20' sections for the surveys. I also have a 12dBi Omni that can be used, and some other sundry antenna. Would be a great excuse to break out the Spectrum Analyzer to get some signal strength measurements, and see if there are any offending signals to contend with.
